Ukrajinským matkám, ktoré ušli pred vojnou na východe pomáhajú aj Rusíni. V jedinej rusínskej materskej škole v Prešove pre ich deti otvorili špeciálnu triedu. Rodným jazykom sa im tam prihovárajú učiteľky z Ukrajiny, ktoré môžu pomáhať pri integrácii vďaka spolupráci s Arcidiecéznou charitou Košice.
Rodičia, prevažne matky, ukrajinských detí majú radosť z predmetnej školy a hovoria, že teraz majú možnosť nájsť si prácu. Zároveň sú za ňu vďační, lebo predtým nemohli nájsť miesto v iných škôlkach. Kolektív je výborný a čo je veľmi dôležitejšie – deti sa v nej cítia veľmi dobre.
Hračky doniesli Prešovčania, a ďalšie vybavenie (stoly, stoličky či postele) doniesli z iných škôl. Vďaka Arcidiecéznej charite Košice sa im podarilo zamestnať dve učiteľky z Ukrajiny. Jedna býva na Slovensku už 4 roky a druhá prišla z Donecka po vypuknutí vojny. Učiteľky kombinujú rôzne metodiky a rozprávajú sa s deťmi po ukrajinsky a zároveň sa snažia naučiť deti niečo po slovensky. V triede vytvárajú pre deti domácu atmosféru.
Pani Ľuba Kráľová, riaditeľka škôlky Kolysočka: „Týmto projektom v našej malej škôlke poskytneme 8 Ukrajincom prácu a deťom priestor na rozvoj a integráciu a sociálny kontakt.”
Ukrainian mothers who left the country because of the war receive support also from Rusins. A special class for their children was opened in a unique rusin kindergarten in Presov. Ukrainian teachers (financed from Archdiocesan Charity in Kosice and Jersey project) communicate with children in their native language.
Parents are really happy with this kindergarten and say that now they have the opportunity to look for a job. At the same time they are grateful to this kindergarten because there were no vacant places in other kindergartens. The team in the kindergarten is perfect, but the main thing is that children feel good here.
Presov residents brought toys, and another equipment (tables, chairs or beds) was brought by other kindergartens. Thanks to Archdiocesan Charity of Kosice they were able to employ two Ukrainian teachers (one has been living in Slovakia for 4 years, another – came from Donetsk after the beginning of the war). Teachers combine different educating methods and communicate with children in Ukrainian, but at the same time they try to teach the children something in Slovakian. They are creating some home atmosphere in the class.
Mrs. Ľuba Kráľová, director of the kindergarten says: “By means of this project we will be able to provide working places for 8 Ukrainians and for children there is an opportunity for development, integration and social contact.”
